In 2002, with a growing reputation for quality workmanship, a booming business, doubled sales and a new son, John IV, John and his wife Yvette incorporated their business under an expanded name, Costa Construction & Son, L.L.C.
Costa Construction & Son builds quality custom decks, wine cellars, wall units, cabinetry, dormers, kitchens, bathrooms and finished basements. When needed, the firm also provides and manages the work of its own list of highly skilled, fully licensed subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and other specialty services.
The firm’s main focus is full-service contracting; to assist the customer in dealing with all aspects of the project. When a project is launched, Costa Construction & Son relieves customer worries over municipal “red tape” by obtaining all permits and variances required.
Each step of the way, the customer is kept fully informed of progress. And when the job is done, the final price is what was initially quoted. What’s more, Costa Construction & Son cleans up the worksite before leaving.
